An energizing class for your mind and body that combines simple step combos for a full cardiovascular workout. Instructor will build upon each move to make the combos easy to follow and learn. Pick your own level and have fun!
- Basic Step ‘n Sculpt: A fun and energetic full-body workout that combines basic step aerobics with strength training to increase muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular health.
- Cycling: A great cardio and leg workout. Instructor will teach you safe and proper techniques to maximize your workout. All fitness levels welcomed. Please bring water bottle and towel to class. (Class reservations are recommended; please call the front desk).
- Cycling & Lift: The ultimate cross training workout that rotates between intervals of cycling and resistance training.
- Suppleness Through Movement: Class designed to utilize directed sequences of small, gradual and non habitual movements that explore daily functions such as reaching, turning, walking, etc to increase awareness and changes in patterns that cause or contribute to pain and stiff movement.
- Cardio Kickboxing: A combination of cardio and kickboxing that utilizes upper and lower body muscle groups. A variety of boxing and martial arts moves with an aerobic flare. Maximizes your cardio and flexibility.
- Power 60 : The perfect 60 minute workout combining high cardio, strength and core training.
- Senior Fitness: This class will focus on balance, strength and flexibility. Fun movements to increase your cardio and fitness level.
- Strength Training: A class designed to work all of the major muscle groups in one hour, utilizing functional exercises and equipment such as hand weights, bands, body bars, step platforms, and stability balls.
- Zumba: A high energy class that features intervals of fast and slow Latin rhythms to tone and sculpt while burning fat.

- Pilates:Performed on a mat, Pilates teaches purposeful movements that can help you maintain a strong and healthy core. This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles.
- Yoga: A Vinyasa-based yoga class that approaches strength from a different angle, emphasizing muscle endurance rather than pure power. All yoga poses focus on enhancing strength, flexibility, focus, and balance while toning the entire body. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
